Rates are based on two (2) people per room and $10 per night plus tax for each additional person
Room Types:
Type C-Deluxe motel room (2 king beds and a sofa bed)– $96.30 per night plus tax= $218.86
Type D-Efficiency suites (2 double beds in a private bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area with kitchenette)– $96.30 per night plus tax= $218.86
2-bedroom efficiency apartment motel side (2 double beds in 1bedroom, 1king in another bedroom, and a sofa bed in living area with a full kitchen)– $141.30 per night plus tax= $321.14
Type B-Luxury suite hotel side with elevatorand ocean view 1( king bed in a separate area and 1 sofa bed in the living area)– $141.30 per night plus atx= $321.14
We ask that if you can take a second or third floor unit on the motel side to please do so, this will
leave the first floor level available for our older and less mobile Brothers. No elevator on motel side.
We will have a hospitality area on Friday and Saturday with a light dinner being served on Friday. More details to follow.
